    No, 2 AGMs can’t be held.

    However, BM & AGM can be held.

    But BM should be held first.

    No a company cannot held 2 agm on the same day as per companies act because agm should be held once every year. First agm should be held within 9 months from the closing of the first financial year.subsequent agm should be held within 6 months from the closing of the financial year.It is not necessary for the company to hold any agm in the year of its incorparation. The gap between 2 agm should not exceed 15months.
    The registrar may for any special reasons extend the time of holding an agm by not mote than 3 months.

    Boarding meeting must be held once in every 3 calendar months and at least 4 times in every year. This provision may be exempted by CG.
