If you are not good in Accountancy which is the main paper in BCom, then it’s useless to do it. BCom is more towards commerce side including accounting and finance. First understand the basic difference.
Bcom is the Bachelors in Commerce and include subjects like Management Accounting, Specialized Accounting,Auditing, Finance, Micro & Macro Economics, Company law, etc. It is more related to the Finance, Law and Accounts.
Whereas BBA include courses such as Principles of Management, Business Organization, Marketing Management and Research and is more towards managerial and administration side with the likes of operations and HR.It is more inclined towards management side of the business.
If you want to do an MBA later, both the courses will lead you to that. While B Com gives you options for CA, M Com and MBA and while BBA ultimately points to MBA.Since you are not interested in Accountancy and your aim is to do management, then go for BBA.
Have a bright future ahead.
Good luck

Then you can go for BBA because it is mostly based on theory part. You are already said that your B.St. and Economics is strong then BBA is best option for you. B.St. and Economics gives you many advantages in BBA.

BBA offers an in-depth knowledge and skills in the area of Business Management and entrepreneurship.

Topics such as International Business, Information Technology, Human Resource, Insurance, Finance, Operation Management, and Marketing are covered during the course. If one follows up his BBA with an MBA degree from a reputed institute then they have a chance to increase their job prospects along with high salary package.

B.Com is also three-year degree course which is taken up by commerce students wanting to make a career in finance, taxation, and accountancy. Those opting for B.Com will learn general business principles, accounting, finance, law, Economy structures etc.

So u can opt BBA.

BBA is also a commerce strream and most of student want to built their career in commerce without taking concept of commerce.

I think commerce student must get a deep concept of commerce and account .so they must go for BCom for a prosperous career in future.it help the student in practical periods.they fully utilise their concept to be a good administrator of account manager.they earn dignity in their career.they acheive a degree with bright careers.
Commerce students feel that they should take up such a course that can actually help them make a career easily. This is why BBA tops the list for many students.
It is a common knowledge that earning a bachelor’s degree is a pretty good career move and often the minimum requirement for getting a job. Although in many cases, this is correct, for many creers it is misleading. But planning does make sense and most students with robust planning get into the apt career path which ultimately leads to good prospects. Thus, it is essential to ask why one is taking the course and what career prospect it is leading to. And the key is to know the capacity or potential or apitute one has which would help them to learn best and do well in the career they are taking. To become successful in any career, you require certain skills.
Before joining the “best” institute, you need to check that you will be getting training for those specific skills for becoming a successful management graduate.
Most of the students get into commerce stream with no understanding of what it involves. However, if management is the ultimate goal, though both BBA as well B.Com will lead to MBA, but one needs to give it a serious thought as to what subject to graduate in even if the ultimate goal is MBA.
It is true that both BBA as well as B.com lead to MBA. However, while B.com can lead to a wide array of post graduate specializations, a BBA degree on the other hand, can only lead to MBA.
But this does not mean that one should only go for B.Com and not BBA.
The smart people take an aptitute test in school, gather information about both the courses, plan their career path , and then take the decision confidently.
