    Hi,

    Though Delhi is a bit costly place than Patna but I will advise you to go Delhi.
    Apart from the reason that there are more qualified teachers and resources, my prime reason for this advice is that there you will found more IES aspirants like you and level of competition will be high which will be helpful for you in many ways like
    1. your percentile there will be much more reliable than that of in Patna. ( It can be compared with the same thing like in Patna you will be like a frog in a well and in Delhi you will be in a sea among many species.)
    2. You will be able to interact with more number of quality minds which will help you to gr ow.

    If one will come to the coaching ..
    Generally in the field of Civil two coachings are famous
    1. IAS Masters
    2. Made Easy

    You can opt any of the two.

    But remember… If a person work hard and smart then even without a coaching one can crack exams…
