A qualm is a feeling of uneasiness, or a sense that something you’re doing is wrong, and it sounds. almost like how it makes your stomach feel but Remorse is a feeling of being sorry for doing something bad or wrong in the past : a feeling of guilt. Melancholy is a feeling of pensive sadness, typically with no obvious cause.

    They abandon their moral qualms about abortion.
    he felt a deep remorse for having neglected his family over the years
    The sight of the motel name on the card threw me into a fit of melancholy.

    Splurge is an act of spending money freely while Gasconade is extravagant boasting.
    This year a lot of parents intend to splurge on the latest and greatest new tech gadgets for themselves.
    But the officers who lead the troops do not allow their enemies the monopoly of gasconade.
